About the NPSQ Tutor Course

The National Pool Supervisor Qualification (NPSQ) Tutor course will allow you to deliver NPSQ - a two-day course aimed at staff responsible for supervising lifeguards or managing essential health and safety in a swimming pool environment. NPSQ is also designed, for lifeguards wanting to progress their career.

NPSQ Tutor is a one-day course.
NPSQ Tutor course will give you the tools and resources to deliver NPSQ - including workshops, hazard perception videos, scenario-based discussions and case studies.

Pre-requisites

NPSQ Tutor candidates will need to hold:

RLSS UK Trainer Assessor qualification
Or
Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or higher/equivalent)
And
NEBOSH (General Certificate)
Or
IOSH Managing Safely 3-day course
Or
RLSS UK National Pool Management Qualification
Or
CIMSPA Health and Safety Management in Leisure and Culture Facilities
And
Current RLSS UK Membership Number (if not already held, visit your tahdah page)
