OWL - Lifesaving TA, NTA, SNTA with Open Water Endorsement or TA Open Water

Update by attendance at an OWL TA workshop. The 2-day workshop ensures candidates are equipped to deliver both the NPLQ bolt-on module and the new OWL qualification.
