Do you know an RLSS UK Lifeguard, Trainer Assessor or Approved Training Centre who deserves recognition for their achievements? The IQL UK Seminar and Awards is a great way to celebrate the success of your team!

Due to the high level of excellent work being completed by our Pool Lifeguard staff, we have extended the IQL UK Award nomination deadline date to Friday 29 April and would love to hear what your staff have been doing to go above and beyond.

We have awards in the following categories:

• Single Site Approved Training Centre of the year
• Multi-Site Approved Training Centre of the year (2 – 15 sites)
• Multi-Site Approved Training Centre of the year (15+ sites)
• Trainer Assessor of the year
• National Trainer Assessor of the year
• RLSS UK Pool Lifeguard of the year
• RLSS UK Pool Lifeguard Team of the year
• Special Recognition for Outstanding Contribution to Lifesaving in the Community

The IQL UK Seminar and Awards will take place at Staverton Park, Northamptonshire, on Friday 1 July. The seminar will focus on supporting trainers to be the best that they can be by including information on presentation skills, information on the new CPR and First Aid updates, new methods of delivery for the NPLQ and training resources and reviewing CCTV of a real life incident.
