Information about the Changes to the Structure of IQL UK

RLSS UK is the UK’s premier provider of aquatic safety qualifications to the leisure sector via IQL UK our specialist vocational training subsidiary.

The service we provide to our loyal customers combined with ensuring that our vocational qualifications provide the optimum level of training to help support swimming pools and aquatic settings to be as safe as possible is central to all that we do as an organisation.

We constantly review and monitor on how we can meet the needs of the leisure sector to support the delivery of our qualifications and to ensure that high standards of delivery are maintained.  It is with this background that we are embarking upon some changes to the way that IQL UK is structured. We are making changes and adding resources to help both better meet the demands of our existing customers delivering our qualifications as well as future proofing to ensure we can continue to excel in the development of aquatic qualifications into the future.

Our new resources will include a Head of Compliance, who will be instrumental in leading on regulatory standards and will be instrumental in managing policies and procedures as well as operational systems and management.

We will also be introducing the role of Qualification and Workforce Support Manager, who will lead on our customer relations activity with existing and prospective customers through meetings, conferences and events and through regular contact with customers.

We have added further resource in to our product development team and are currently recruiting for a Product Developer for our vocational qualifications and awards.

This is an exciting time of change for the organisation, aligning our structure to support the needs of our trainers, our approved training centres and providers and our qualification holders.
