Martin Symcox, Business Development Manager at IQL UK, said: “Over the next eight months our Customer Engagement Managers will be travelling the length and breadth of the UK, from Inverness to Exmouth, to meet with Trainer Assessors and agree a common understanding of standards. “We’re encouraging as many Trainer Assessors as possible to find their local event and sign up for free so they can continue to deliver the high standards our industry demands. It’s essential that IQL UK continues to provide outstanding quality when training lifeguards and our latest workshops will give participants the chance to network with other leisure industry professionals, refresh their knowledge and share their experiences of best practice.” For more information on the seminars and for a copy of the agenda, please visit www.rlss.org.uk or email [email protected] with the subject heading ‘standardisation meeting’.
