Our aim in 2021 is to give ourselves every opportunity to run our two major lifesaving championships. After consultation, we have decided to move RLSS UK Speeds to later in the year. We are planning to have one big weekend of competition, holding both Speeds and Nationals over one weekend. It is likely that the schedule will be revised, but, we hope this move will give all competitors the motivation to train and compete in 2021.
We wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who competed, volunteered and supported Speeds 2020 on 14-15 March 2020 at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, Sheffield.

We will look forward to seeing you all again soon.

The National Speed Championships, the largest competition of its kind in the UK, sees lifesaving athletes aged 12 and upwards from across the UK and Ireland competing for national titles in what is the only sport that has a humanitarian foundation.
