£100,000 will #protectourfuture and pull us through this current crisis

Now that pools are closed the threat to our charity that provides so much joy to so many of us is very real and we need your help to pull through it. Our motto has never been so poignant “Whomsoever you see in distress, recognise in them a fellow human being.”

Will you help us with a small, one-off donation to pull through this unprecedented crisis?

As an organisation we care deeply about the individuals we are privileged to work with. Our volunteers, members, clubs, branches, staff and beneficiaries.

Many communities across our nations rely on water as a source of exercise, enjoyment and entertainment. Our members, clubs and associated individuals enable much of that swimming and aquatic activity. Every day they enrich the knowledge of our communities and have for generations, contributed to the safety of the public in the UK and Ireland, in and around water.

RLSS UK qualified lifeguards are the front-line of safety in pools and ensure our enjoyment of waterways across the UK and Ireland. Meaning that we can enjoy the water, safely. The quality of this provision and its future is currently under threat.

We are asking you to please donate £10, £20 or £30 to our appeal to ensure we can support our lifeguards and lifesavers when they are back in their roles of continuing to provide vital lifesaving services and support needed to enjoy water safely.

Can you give more? We have set up an Individual Donation Scheme as an additional reward to those that are able to donate a little extra.
