RLSS UK’s #BeaLifeguard Campaign aims to encourage as many people as possible to get involved with lifeguarding and to complete an NPLQ course.

There are over 90,000 RLSS UK lifeguards across the UK and Ireland and the NPLQ qualification is recognised around the world.

No day is ever the same for a lifeguard and our campaign shows how varied the role of a lifeguard is.

Lifeguards protect people everyday and are the #EveryDayHero‘s of every leisure centre. If you’d like to find out more about lifeguarding read Katie’s story below.
