Here at RLSS UK, we’re constantly inspired by the dedication and enthusiasm of our volunteers throughout the UK and Ireland.

We therefore wanted to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to you all for the thousands of hours of time that our volunteers commit to ensuring that vital lifesaving training and education is delivered within your local communities. Although it’s always difficult to demonstrate the exact impact of what you achieve, RLSS UK volunteers truly are saving lives and continuing the tradition of trying to ensure that everyone can enjoy water safely.

Although we recognise that people have all kinds of motivations for volunteering for RLSS UK, we want to continue to make sure that your efforts are appreciated and that you receive recognition should you want to. Therefore, please do remember to log your volunteering hours in order to progress though our William Henry Award just like the volunteers in these photos have done.
