As an Awarding Organisation, qualifications and memberships represent a significant volume of the Society’s work and financial model, and therefore are vital to the charity’s future stability. Key to maintaining this important area of work is to ensure that the internal & external facing systems are functioning at the highest level, maintaining systems and process flows.

The post holder will support mainly external customers, taking responsibility for carrying out key administrative procedures and tasks to ensure RLSS UK is continually delivering the best service to our customers, as well as supporting system development and testing cycles.
