It will be delivered face-to-face at RLSS UK's Headquarters at Red Hill House, 227 London Road, Worcester, WR5 2JG. The National Pool Management Qualification (NPMQ) is a four-day management qualification aimed at any level of manager in the leisure industry. The course has been designed to ensure that, on completion, all candidates will have a full and thorough understanding of their and their employer’s legal responsibilities with regard to managing health and safety in a swimming pool environment. The survey results identified worrying knowledge gaps in both understanding, and complying with laws, regulations, and guidance when managing a leisure facility.
