I was not aware of this fantastic charity until I was told about it by the family of the missing Durham university Student Euan Coultard. who tragically lost his life after a night out in Durham city in 2015. Having personally been involved on that cold January morning in 2015 of finding Euan’s Body in the River Wear.

My passion is Hill walking and long distance walking. So this year I plan to walk the West Highland Way with my young daughter Rosie. Finishing off weather permitting with a climb up Ben Nevis.

So my daughter suggested raising money for charity. So once I heard about RLSS UK it was a no brainer. So if you would like to help me raise funds for this very worthy cause then please do so. We plan to do the west highland way June/ July 2020 sometime after the lockdown is lifted and it is safe to do so.
