RLSS UK has created guidance for Trainer Assessors and Training Centres to use when delivering and assessing RLSS UK awards and qualifications. We are committed to supporting the industry during COVID-19 and have used our experience, expert Advisors, Partners and information from various government groups and other organisations to create the guidance to provide support.

RLSS UK suggests that the guidance is considered when reviewing risk assessments, deciding on control measures to reduce risk and when planning for courses and assessments. The measures suggested in the guidance may not be appropriate for all venues and/or situations and should be considered as part of the wider plan to protect staff, customers and third parties. The guidance is not exhaustive, and further guidance may be sort from other organisations.

Please note this is an ever-changing environment and guidance will be updated regularly following changes from the government. It is important that you ensure you have the most recent version, which can be found here.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail at [email protected] or 0300 323 0096.
