The NPLQ is independently assessed by RLSS UK Trainer Assessors – helping to ensure consistent quality of delivery and assessment. 3. NPLQ is the only UK qualification recognised across the globe – meaning you can work or volunteer as a lifeguard in many different countries. 4. We have over 5,000 RLSS UK Trainer Assessors qualified to train and assess our aquatic qualifications. 5.
