The RLSS UK Emergency Response Drone Pilot Award, launched in April in partnership with Eagle Eye Innovations (EEI), has received lots of attention, especially from the press!

One TV programme that showed particular interest was BBC Click - a gadget, technology and digital review show which airs during BBC Breakfast and is also available on BBC iPlayer.

On a lovely September day, members of the RLSS UK Senior Leadership Team and Qualifications and Awards department met Presenter - LJ Rich and a BBC production team meet in Barry, on the beautiful Welsh coastline and recorded a segment for the show.

They took lots of exciting footage, and we look forward to the broadcast.

Dryrobe came to the rescue too! After LJ’s time in the water, she would have been very chilly without one!
