The Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK) are looking for collections volunteers to help us collect money from members of the public to support our activities and events.

You will also be helping us to raise awareness of our organisation and the work which we do. We are looking for 70 volunteers to support our 2016 Summer collection in 25 Tesco Supermarkets across London.

As one of our collection volunteers you will be asked to encourage Tesco customers to donate to RLSS UK. You will work as part of a team to raise money for our organisation. You will be representing RLSS UK and raising awareness of our activities and services.

Key tasks

• To help collect donations from the public at Tesco Supermarkets in locations across London
• To work as part of a strong volunteer team, collecting donations
• To transfer collections in line with RLSS UK procedures

• Reliable and trustworthy
• Polite
• Able to talk about RLSS UK and what we do
