This year, we have all had to adapt to new situations and change the way we work. COVID-19 forced us to bring our plans to launch online learning and remote courses forward. Now, with over 250,000 - and counting - online modules completed and successful delivery of virtual courses under our belt, we have enjoyed supporting our candidates with keeping invaluable lifesaving skills up-to-date, even if for now, it is remotely.

On Wednesday, 9 September, we delivered our first remote Mentor Course, and, on Tuesday 15 September, we hosted our first remote Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) course. The IQA course had Trainer Assessor representation from England, Scotland, Wales, and both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland - a first we think, enabled by the digital aspect!
