The Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK) is delighted to announce that it is now ‘an approved Kickstart employer’, and is excited to be playing its part in helping boost the careers of young people across the region by supporting the UK Government’s Kickstart scheme.

The Kickstart Scheme provides funding to employers to create job placements for 16-24-year-olds on Universal Credit, who are at risk of being long-term unemployed.

RLSS UK has seven positions currently available, all six months in duration and based at the Head Office in Worcester. Each job placement offers the chance to develop both specific job skills, in areas such as finance and compliance, and a broad spectrum of transferable skills, helping to secure a bright future.

The six positions available are:

  • Commercial Administrator
  • Qualifications and Awards Administrator
  • Junior Finance Assistant
  • Membership Administrator 
  • Customer Service Administrator 
  • Supply Chain and Stock Control Administrator
  • Compliance Administrator
