The Pride of Britain Awards are back for 2020! The Royal Life Saving Society UK is delighted to be supporting this year’s Pride of Britain Awards, sponsored by the Daily Mirror, and they’re already on the look-out for everyday heroes. Regularly attended by royalty, the Prime Minister, and leading politicians, as well as more than 100 of the biggest stars of show business and sport, Pride of Britain is the most prestigious and best-known event of its kind. This year marks the 21st year of the glittering awards ceremony, with plans set to make it their most ambitious TV show to date. Now, they want to hear from YOU – our operators, members, clubs, branches, and volunteers – and the everyday heroes you think should be nominated. Deadline for nominations is 28 August 2020 but the sooner you submit your choices, the more time there is for them to be researched and shortlisted.
