It is estimated that UK charities have lost £4.3bn in income because of COVID-19, and some suggest that this figure could be the tip of the iceberg.

Where charities rely on commercial income or fundraising, the impact is potentially catastrophic. It has certainly left our future finely balanced.

In response, the UK’s mass participation sports event industry has come together to create The 2.6 Challenge, a nationwide fundraising campaign to 'Save the UK’s Charities'. Want to see what it is all about? - Download the 2.6 Challenge Factsheet

We’re playing our part and we’re hoping you will too.

Here are three ways to get you involved:

  1. On 26th and 27th April take part in RLSS UK's 26-hour CPR Marathon
  2. With your own network, join us and create your own 26-hour CPR Marathon
  3. Dream up your own activity based around the numbers 2.6 or 26. We have members cycling 260km and running 26 miles as a family on a treadmill. Why not knock down 26 bottles with a throwbag, dream big! For further inspiration visit - www.twopointsixchallenge.co.uk
