Smaller Earth are the work and travel experts who want to inspire people to go further. From their 15 international offices, they send thousands of young people on work and travel programs, all around the world.

Smaller Earth has recently renewed their partnership with RLSS UK, to promote the Camp Leaders programme.

Camp Leaders provides summer camp job opportunities in America for people from around the world to work at American summer camps, with the chance to explore the States afterwards. Every year Camp Leaders sends hundreds of lifeguards to America, to spend the summer by the lake. It is without a doubt one of the most rewarding, challenging and unforgettable jobs out there; participants will work hard in incredible surroundings and make new friendships that last a lifetime.
