Testimonials

Don’t just take our word for it, read about what our customers say about the training and award:

"I found the Swim School Health and Safety Award incredibly useful and got a lot out of it.  It is great to have a Health & Safety course relevant to our industry."

Kelly, Swim School Owner

"I found the Swim School Health and Safety Award to be very informative, and it strengthened my knowledge in several areas. The regulations for pool owners and swim schools were explained, as were the implications of failing to have systems in place. The course ran at a good pace and an appropriate level. I would thoroughly recommend anyone hiring out a pool for lessons or running a swim school to attend this course."  (10 years)
Justine, Swimming Teacher (17 years) and Swim School Owner

"This course has identified something that I feel is missing in our industry. So many of us start our own swim schools because of our passion for teaching growing into a business. One of our core values is keeping our swimmers and staff safe. I signed up to the course to make sure that as a business we’re doing everything we can to support this.   When I registered for the course, I saw it as one of those that we “need” to do. I didn’t expect to find myself enjoying it… Sharon is a great tutor and her passion for the subject shines through. This brought the topic to life through a mix of presentations, case studies, questions, and group work which kept it interesting and engaging. A very useful course that has helped me develop my knowledge in this area. I fully recommend it to help keep you, your staff, and swimmers safe."

Lucy, Swim School Owner

"This was a really informative course, well presented with relevant facts Pauline was an excellent tutor with clear relevant knowledge, and case studies to the facts we needed to learn were made relevant to our business set up. The course has instigated a long-term plan to revamp all of our procedures, and we now have the tools to do this. Thank you for providing an excellent course."
