As the UK’s love for swimming and water-based activity is on the increase, the IQL UK

National Pool Plant Operators Certificate, delivered by Institute of Swimming, covers everything you need to effectively maintain a swimming pool, spa or water feature.

Approved by the Pool Water Treatment Advisory Group (PWTAG) and meeting their industry guidelines, the course is considered to be of the highest standard, widely viewed as best practice and ratified by IQL UK as the awarding body.

This three-day course will teach you the day-to-day technical information needed to operate a pool plant. By the end of this course, candidates will understand the design of their own plant and be able to demonstrate how to run it safely and efficiently.

This is an essential qualification for those managing the daily running of their pool plant. You will be able to maintain your facility’s water to keep it in balance and safe, how to test pool water, rectify problems and run your plant in a cost-effective and energy efficient manner.
