We request this information under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b), where processing this information is necessary for the performance of the contract formed when you enrol for an accreditation with us. We only collect the necessary information for us to carry out this processing and only use your information for the agreed purposes. We will not share your information with any third parties unless at your request. If you choose to continue with your enrolment and pay the annual fee, we will retain your information for the duration of your Aqua Parks RLSS UK accreditation, plus an additional 2 years.
