Prerequisites

To become an NPMQ Tutor will need to hold the following current prerequisites:

• National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
• Have held an active role in Health and Safety Management (minimum 2 years experience)
• Level 3 Education and Training Certificate or equivalent
• Membership of a Health and Safety body (i.e IOSH, RoSPH, IIRSM)
• RLSS UK Licence to Operate Membership

To process your application to become a NPMQ Tutor, RLSS UK Enterprises Ltd ATP must collect and handle personal data in compliance with UK GDPR and the DPA18. We collect personal details (name, society number, address, email, contact number, date of birth, and gender) to manage your application, communicate with you, and secure your place on the course. This processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR). If you pay by invoice, we also collect your company’s name, address, contact number, and email address to fulfil our contractual obligation. We request information on any specialist learning requirements to support your needs during the course. Health-related data (learning needs, medical conditions, or disabilities) is processed with your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) of the UK GDPR) to ensure your safety and provide appropriate adjustments. Sharing your medical history is optional but may limit our support if withheld. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We only collect necessary personal data for this processing and use it solely for the agreed purpose. Data is stored for the duration of the course plus an additional 6 years. Evidence of your award is held on your RLSS UK Account.
