What reasonable adjustments can I make as an ATC/P co-ordinator/ trainer?

As an ATC/P Co-ordinator and/or Trainer you can make the following adjustments without the need to come to us providing you are satisfied you have sufficient evidence:

1. Extra time up to 25%
2. Supervised rest breaks
3. Change in the layout of assessment room
4. Taking the assessment at an alternate venue
5. Use of coloured overlays
6. Assessment material on coloured paper
7. Reader

In all situations, you will need to fill in a reasonable adjustment application form that must be retained with the course/ assessment paperwork.
