'Colour In to Win' Competition Terms and Conditions

The competition is open to children aged 13 years and under who are current residents of the UK and Ireland, except family of Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK) employees. To enter the competition, the child’s responsible parent or legal guardian (aged 18 years or over) must email a scan or photograph of the completed RLSS UK colouring sheet to [email protected], including the full name and age of the child entrant. By sharing a photograph or scanned entry you are providing consent that the image be used by RLSS UK to promote the competition. At the discretion of the child entrant’s parent or guardian, entries may include a photo of the child entrant, but this is not a requirement of the draw. If including a photo of the child entrant, under the UK General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDRP) we gain your consent for this under Article 6 1(a), where the data subject has given consent. Once you have provided consent, you are able to withdraw this. Please contact [email protected] if you would like to arrange this. RLSS UK will retain these images for one year, after which they will be deleted from our servers. The closing date for entries is 12pm on Sunday 30 June 2024. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. The first 100 valid entries received; hereafter “winners” will be contacted by email to request postal details for the prize to be issued. If a winner does not respond to RLSS UK within 14 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and RLSS UK will be entitled to select another winner based on the order in which entries were received. RLSS UK accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. There are 100 prizes available with two pin badge designs to choose from. The prizes will be sent to winners via post within 14 days of the competition closing date (30 June 2024). The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Only one entry per child is accepted. The decision of RLSS UK regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. RLSS UK reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of the Terms & Conditions of the draw.
