This guidance supports our Approved Training Centres/Providers (ATC/Ps) with the information on how to conduct a remote Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) check. It is not designed to replace the need to complete a face-to-face IQA but can be used in addition to this where a Trainer Assessor (TA) is deemed ‘low risk’.

Alongside the guidance is a short training video to help deliver the information to an ATC/P Internal Verifier and their team.
