William Henry, the founder of RLSS UK, started the Society in 1904 with the mission to reduce the number of accidental drownings in the UK.  In honour of his legacy and to continue his ambition to save lives, we have launched a series of William Henry Lectures.

These lectures reflect the first activities of the charity which included the delivery of public talks and demonstrations, to teach the skills of lifesaving. We have brought them up-to-date to be short video teachings which you can view from the comfort of your own home.

Lecture 1: Save A Baby's Life

Lecture 2: Water Safety Education and Throwbag Training

Lecture 3: Water Safety Across Borders from Bondi Maxi
