Carnival UK (P&O Cruises and Cunard) offers a unique opportunity to work onboard on a seasonal basis as a Pool Supervisor through the main UK school holidays.  This guest-facing role requires a customer-focused individual who takes pride in their work and being part of the team delivering unforgettable holiday happiness!

Our Seasonal Pool Supervisors are responsible for the supervision of our guests in the pool and deck areas, ensuring they remain clean and tidy and fully stocked with towels and supplies.  Dealing with our guests every day, attending the famous Sail Away parties on the main deck, and other corporate-sponsored social events will form part of your regular work duties and be a fantastic opportunity to meet so many different people and be part of their holiday!

To be considered a suitable applicant for this role, you will:

  • Be a competent swimmer, able to swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds
  • Work well under pressure and remain attentive and focused at all times
  • Continually strive to improve passenger safety and satisfaction
  • Ideally hold a RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), RLSS UK Emergency Response Pool (ER Pool) Qualification or equivalent
