ABOUT THE ROOKIE LIFEGUARD PROGRAMME

The Rookie Lifeguard Programme is a fun and exciting lifesaving awards scheme for young children, teaching self-rescue, survival, rescue and lifesaving sport skills.

As well as teaching children lifesaving skills, the awards are a great tool to retain swimmers in the higher levels of your learn to swim programme. Running the Rookie Lifeguard programme enables you to keep children attending your centre for up to three more years.

Through retaining swimmers and attracting new customers to your centre, the Rookie Lifeguard Programme can considerably increase your swimming and pool-based income.

A great retention tool and income stream for your centre!

The table below shows a sample income from delivering one course over one 10 week term, as an indication of how this programme could boost your centre’s income.
