The award-winning fitness company AquaPhysical is partnering with the Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK) to encourage more people to enjoy the mental and physical benefits of aquatic exercise.

AquaPhysical introduced the original group exercise mat to the fitness world in 2014. The company’s popular FloatFit programmes, which provide internationally-accredited group exercise classes on water incorporating strength, endurance and balance, are now used in more than 50 countries.

In the UK, AquaPhysical is working with a wide range of partners including Parkwood Leisure, Nuffield Health, Fusion Lifestyle, Everyone Active, Village Hotels, Serco, GLL and the Royal Navy, as well as various local councils and independent sites, to optimise pool availability, while boosting membership, increasing member retention and attracting a more diverse clientele.

AquaPhysical has now partnered with the UK’s leading water safety charity to assure participants, instructors and facilities that feature FloatFit Classes and FloatFit Instructor Training, meet the highest safety standards in and around water.

• FloatFit HIIT - a high-intensity interval training session
• FloatFit Balance - inspired by yoga and pilates
• FloatFit Grow - fun and fitness for youngsters and families

FloatFit Instructor Training is internationally accredited by CIMSPA, NASM, AFAA, Fitness Australia, REP’s UAE and REP’s NZ.
