Child Bereavement UK helps children, parents and families to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies.

Child Bereavement UK support children and young people up to the age of 25 who are facing bereavement, and anyone affected by the death of a child of any age.

They also provide training to professionals in health and social care, education, and the voluntary and corporate sectors, equipping them to provide the best possible care to bereaved families.

Ann Chalmers, CEO at Child Bereavement UK said:

“At Child Bereavement UK we know from the children, young people, parents and families we support, the devastation a death by drowning can bring. Our partnership with RLSS UK will help raise awareness of their important work on drowning prevention, and ensure that families bereaved by drowning, and professionals in the lifesaving sector, have access to the support they need.”

We provide confidential support, information and guidance to families and professionals. Our Helpline team is available to take calls and respond to emails and LiveChat via our website, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (except Bank Holidays).
