The delegated responsibility to gather insight from our stakeholders via the Task and Finish Group, culminated in a detailed report to Board on 24 April 2021. On presentation of the report the Board felt the recommendations needed additional consideration before their approval. These have now all been agreed by a majority vote and are presented here for your information.

The Executive Summary of the report that was originally issued to the board can be downloaded here.

On 5 May we hosted a Live Event for our Branch contacts, where the exact same presentation delivered to Board was given to all attendees.  Over half of our Branches were represented on the evening either individually or via their Ambassador. There was also a chance for questions relative to the work, which were answered by the panel throughout. This event was recorded, and is available for viewing by clicking here.

We are sharing this with you, our most committed members and volunteers first, and will publish more widely with our other stakeholders in due course.

If you are interested in putting yourself forward for the next phase of work as a branch representative please click here. Branch officers will select one from all those nominated.

Thank you again for taking part, in the process. We look forward to working with you through the course of 2021, as we align things locally and nationally, ready for delivery of the strategic framework ambition to build a sustainable, active, and thriving community from January 2022.

Cavell Burchell,
Trustee & Chair TAFG
