Your Course Management system, including the new Course Finder, is now available within your RLSS UK Account (powered by tahdah). Register and advertise courses, manage associated course admin, submit results, and upon entering results certificates, will even be available instantly!

The system allows you to:

  • Create a course
  • Advertise the course
  • Manage enquiries
  • Take bookings
  • Order resources
  • Download paperwork required for assessment
  • Submit results

This functionality means that once you submit the results, the certificates will be instantly available for you and your candidates*.

Course Finder

Course Finder, currently on RLSS Direct, will be replaced with the same function in your RLSS UK Account.

With everything in one place, as soon as you register a course, you have the chance to select to advertise it on the new Course Finder.

The RLSS Direct Course Finder will close on Friday 30 July 2021.

If you have candidate packs in stock, you can still register your course and advertise it in your RLSS UK Account  - click here for details.

Goodbye to assessment forms!

This launch does mean that we will also be saying goodbye to assessment forms.

From Wednesday 1 September 2021, candidate packs will be purchased through the Course Management function in your RLSS UK Account and will no longer contain assessment forms.

As always, we want to make this process as simple as we can, so we will allow you to use candidate packs you may have in stock and send us assessment forms until Friday 31 December 2021.

If you have candidate packs with assessment forms, you can continue to use them, and you will not need to process them through your RLSS UK Account, but you will be able to advertise your courses to appear on the new RLSS UK Course Finder.

Please note, if you are running the Rookie Lifeguard programme, you will still receive badges and certificates once ordered.

Ensuring courses are visible to the public

Please make sure your course(s) are visible to the public. To do this your course needs to be set to ‘Visible to Public’, and you also need to ensure the Privacy Settings on your ATC/P Account are set to ‘Public’. If you do not do this, courses will NOT be visible to the public. For assistance click here.

Using your RLSS UK Account (powered by tahdah)

Anyone with a RLSS UK qualification or RLSS UK Membership will already have a RLSS UK Account and unique Society Number. All you need to do is activate your RLSS UK Account using your Society Number - found on your certificate or any correspondence from RLSS UK (it begins with a 3).

To activate your RLSS UK Account using your Society Number, click here.

As part of the RLSS UK Account activation process, you will receive an email from us asking you to verify your email (check your junk/spam inbox). Verification is the crucial final step, and then you are good to go!

Any problems, please do not create another account; contact us at [email protected].

Encouraging your candidates to use their RLSS UK Account

Please encourage new candidates to create a RLSS UK Account and existing candidates to activate their RLSS UK Account before completing their course and assessment.

As well as accessing their certificate, they will also get access to online learning and RLSS UK Membership opportunities.

Please ask candidates to carefully input or check their email address to ensure they receive the account verification email from us and notification of when your certificate is ready.

*If you, your Approved Training Centre/Provider, or your Trainer Assessor/Instructor have any ongoing restrictions on record, your results will need to be checked by the RLSS UK Compliance Team.
