Course prerequisites

Candidates must meet the prerequisites for the course they are applying for, and qualifications must be held
at the time of the course being delivered and must be maintained.

Payment

Payment must be made prior to the commencement of the course. The processing will be by RLSS UK and purchase orders must be made payable to RLSS UK Enterprises Ltd and sent to [email protected] and should include the candidate's name, the candidate's Society number (if known), organisation name society number, and the course they are enrolling on.

Acceptance of Entry

Applications will be accepted by RLSS UK provided that all conditions are satisfied, and it is complete in every detail and accompanied by the course fee. For full details of course prerequisites please refer to the guidance for the course which can be found here.

Cancellations

Upon receipt of your application, RLSS UK or it’s representatives will commence arrangements to host the course. Should you need to cancel your place, you must do so at least 5 working days (Monday – Friday) prior to the course start date, the course fees will then be transferred, if cancelled within 5 working days no refund will be given.

If a course is cancelled or postponed within 5 working days by the client that booked the course, it will be the responsibility of the client to cover any costs incurred as a result.

In the unlikely situation that RLSS UK have to cancel a course, we reserve the right to reschedule and transfer to a revised date, we will notify you within 10 working days (Monday to Friday), if this is the case you will be given the opportunity to transfer to another course or receive a full refund of the course fees.

If the event/course cannot be rescheduled, fees will be refunded in full by RLSS UK. Travel and accommodation costs incurred will remain the responsibility of the participant and we advise you to consider appropriate travel insurance.

Attendance

Full attendance is required for all RLSS UK courses, in the instance of any lateness or absences, the course trainer must be advised asap and has the right to decline certification. In such cases the course fee remains payable.
