The Virtual Pool Lifesaving League is free to enter.

Clubs must:

  • Be an affiliated RLSS UK Club
  • Have qualified Lifesaving Instructors/Head Coach/Swim Teacher on-site during the event

Individual participants must:

  • Be competent and capable of taking part in the event.
  • Be competent to dive in accordance with RLSS UK’s Diving Competency Checklist - if competing using a dive entry, otherwise, the participant must start in the water.

Age is no barrier; we want everybody to use the league to set personal goals and transition back into lifesaving sport.

  • To compile the results, categories will follow the categories familiar in the National Speeds finals
  • Categories will also be divided into Male and Female
  • Enter into the category that covers their age as at 31 December 2021. (For example, if a participant turns age 15 on 6 November, they must enter the 15-17-Years at the start of the league)
