We all need to find ways to stay positive and cope, especially during recent events. We want to help however we can. We have put together a programme of activities that positively contribute to improving mental health.

Mental Health Awareness Webinar

On Tuesday 24 November 2020 we delivered a well-received Mental Health Awareness Webinar led by Lisa Whittleton from Illuminate. Lisa brings the theory of positive psychology to life in her facilitation through her experience as a vocational rehabilitation consultant supporting hundreds of individuals in a range of industries to sustain employment.

Our webinar included: Mood Clouds; an overview of the current climate; understanding the stages of a crisis (and where you may be currently); raising awareness of the ‘stress container’ and warning signs; help to empower you to explore tips and tools to help manage the current situation; and, finally, it offered signposts for help.

Feel Good Fridays

As we get to the weekend, sometimes we have the weight of the week on our shoulders. To help combat this we launched Feel Good Fridays to help you to relax and contribute to positive mental health.
