We all need to find ways to stay positive and cope, especially during recent events. We want to help however we can. Through November we have put together a programme of activities that positively contributes to improving mental health.

Mental Health Awareness Webinar

On Tuesday 24 November we delivered a well-received Mental Health Awareness Webinar led by Lisa Whittleton from Illuminate. Lisa brings the theory of positive psychology to life in her facilitation through her experience as a vocational rehabilitation consultant supporting hundreds of individuals in a range of industries to sustain employment.

Our webinar included: Mood Clouds; an overview of the current climate; understanding the stages of a crisis (and where you may be currently); raising awareness of the ‘stress container’ and warning signs; help to empower you to explore tips and tools to help manage the current situation; and, finally, it offered signposts for help.
