We request your name, society number and contact details, to communicate with you about the event. We request information about the role you would like to officiate in, and information about accommodation preferences to facilitate your requirements. We request information about dietary requirements, such as food intolerances or allergies, so we can ensure your safety at the event. Providing health information is not mandatory, however, by not supplying it we may be unable to facilitate your needs.
