If you are knowledgeable and passionate about Health and Safety in a swimming pool environment and would like to pass that knowledge on to help others, why not become a RLSS UK National Pool Management Qualification Tutor. You will need to hold the following current prerequisites: 

• National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent 
• Have held an active role in Health and Safety Management (minimum 2 years experience)
• Level 3 Education and Training Certificate or equivalent
• Membership of a Health and Safety body (i.e IOSH, RoSPH, IIRSM)
• RLSS UK Licence to Operate Membership

The National Pool Management Qualification (NPMQ) course provides candidates with a full and thorough understanding of their and their employer’s legal responsibilities with regard to managing health and safety in a swimming pool environment.

All NPMQ courses are hosted by RLSS UK. Due to the increased demand for NPMQ courses, we are presently looking to recruit new NPMQ Tutors to fulfill this demand.

Applicants who are successful at that stage will then be required to attend an interview, which will include a demonstration of delivering a session, and will be required to shadow courses with existing Tutors, along with part delivery and full delivery under observation.
