RLSS UK offers two Outdoor First Aid qualifications; Emergency Outdoor First Aid (EOFA) and Outdoor First Aid (OFA). Both courses have been developed for those who work or play in the outdoor environment. The Emergency Outdoor First Aid qualification is suitable for those with easy access to support and first aid supplies, if required, whilst the Outdoor First Aid qualification is more suitable for delivering independent and/or self-reliant outdoor activities that are further from support or are operating in more hazardous outdoor environments.

You don't need any prior knowledge of first aid to complete either course, and everyone who works and plays outside should take an Outdoor First Aid course to create a safer working environment for all.
