The National Lifesaving Academy (NLA) Sport Awards are a fantastic opportunity for lifesavers and swimmers aged 12 years and above to get involved with Lifesaving Sport. The Sport Awards offer the chance to improve your fitness and lifesaving skills while challenging yourself against your friends and the clock.
The awards are structured in a way that allows athletes to learn the basic skills required in Lifesaving Sport, before progressing to awards that develop specialist skills in different Lifesaving Sport events. Athletes can either specialise in one event or try and collect all of the Sport Awards.
The Sport Awards are structured into two levels that progressively build up fitness and skills to prepare them for competition.
