RLSS UK recommends a refresher course, either face-to-face or online, be completed prior to the renewal. An online refresher training CPD is available to all current NPSQ holders via your RLSS UK Account - under the ‘Awards and Training’ tab. The online refresher takes approximately 4 hours, costs £30 and covers the following topics; Law, Policies and Procedures, Training, Responsibility and Accountability, Standards, Human Resources and Your Role in an Emergency. Please note: this course updates and refreshes knowledge in preparation for a renewal assessment; after completion, you will still need to pass the NPSQ renewal assessment.
