A recent survey found that fewer than three in ten people are confident in delivering CPR.** Where can I learn CPR? The RLSS UK Save a Life Series workshops teach basic emergency skills to anyone who cares for a baby, child, or adult. Workshops are typically taught within a 1.5-to 2-hour duration. Save a Life Series workshops are delivered across the UK and Ireland at leisure centres, swimming pools, lifesaving clubs, and community centres.
