We are all running at 100mph trying to do the very best we can with our time - to help save lives. However, it's essential that we take a step back and take time to share ideas, release tension, and get that all-important moral support.
Small Talks give you the opportunity to connect with lifesavers and water safety enthusiasts and we really do encourage as many members and club members as possible to attend!
Our aim is to help save as many lives as possible and the best way of doing that is to equip you with the relevant knowledge, skills and information. To support this learning, these informal events will consist of an informative core agenda, followed by relevant sessions chosen by your local ambassador and branches. After this, you will also be given the opportunity to discuss with your peers, continue your learning, and forge vital friendships. Each session is one-day long and will be fuelled with caffeine and treats to help power the conversation and help to secure big outcomes.
If you can’t make your local event then why not book onto another Small Talk event? You would be most welcome.
A core set of discussion topics have been prepared in consultation with members, these consist of:
*Subject to staff availability
Every delegate who attends the Small Talks event will get a FREE Goody Bag worth £15!

In addition, there will be some bespoke content in each area that has been added in consultation with the local branch and ambassador.
We are building informal events so there will be plenty of coffee and biscuits.
If you think you’ll be a little more peckish, and want to bring your own lunch, then please do.
